The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone, making you feel at home; the apartments are comfortable with lovely views, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food.

stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed my choice. i got spacious and beautiful room with a fireplace. it was very handy to have an electric kettle, refrigerators, and an oven. the hotel was in an incredible location very close to shops and restaurants for £20 return, restaurants and pamporovo. great service was provided.

This hotel is very close to the Malina ski lifts, making it super convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The location is also great as it is close to the slopes and restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat after a long day of skiing. The rooms are cozy and have a beautiful view, with enough space for our kids to move around comfortably. We loved having a fireplace in the room, which added a nice touch to our stay. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, offering a good start to our day on the slopes.
